Should I pay for my order before it is delivered?

No. The payment can be done after you receive your order. You will be intimated about the order contents, total bill amount and payment modes after your order confirmation.

Is there any minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value is ₹1000.

Not all items that I had ordered have been delivered!

This is just an order enquiry form. We do not guarantee that all items will be delivered. Due to the current scenario, not all items are in stock. We have placed orders for the same. We will inform you as and when the items appear in stock again.

I can't find my area? What do I do?

We are sorry. Due to limited serviceability, the areas we currently deliver to are restricted. Based on the response we receive, we will add more areas in the coming days. Keep a watch!

Is COD available?

We take Social Distancing very seriously. To ensure the safety and health of our customers and delivery partners, as a precautionary measure, COD is not available. We encourage you to adopt UPI Payments for ease of transaction.

Is No-Contact Delivery available?

Yes, we offer No-Contact delivery. Our delivery agents will leave your package at a predetermined, safe and clean place and wait for you to collect the package. We request you to kindly co-operate with us and not cause any holdups or delays.

What is the average waiting period?

While we work very hard to clear orders as soon as possible, given the present circumstances delays are bound to occur. Post order confirmation, it takes around 48-72 hours for us to deliver your order.

Is the packing safe?

The safety of our staff and our customers is our top priority. Our staff are regularly screened. They follow precautions and wear masks and gloves. We practice Social Distancing diligently.

Do you accept Google Pay? What are the payment modes?

Yes, we accept Google Pay. We encourage you to use UPI payment gateways like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe etc for ease of transaction.

I have a problem with the order. What should I do now?

Please mail us at info@mysuruessentials.com and our executive will get back to you. Don't worry, your concern will be duly addressed and resolved.

Are returns accepted?

In keeping with safety policies, and given the present situation, returns will not be accepted.

Who will deliver my order?

We have tied-up with leading stores from across the town who will handle the orders in respective areas. From order processing, to packing, billing and delivery, all orders will be fulfilled by the respective store.

What's available and what's not?

As of now, only Groceries are being delivered. So no requests for milk, curds, vegetables etc. please. Also, a minimum order value of ₹1000/- is mandatory. Orders below minimum value will not be processed.

Is there any delivery charge?

Yes. The minimum delivery charge is ₹30 and maximum is ₹100. The delivery charge is calculated based on total weight of the package and delivery distance.
